Description

The natural cultivation of the vineyards, as well as the individual processing and development of the wine varieties in the cellar, is of great importance to us. Our sparse soils in the Steinfeld are supplied with organic fertilizer to ensure the highest quality of our products and the natural cultivation of our land, and the varieties St.Laurent, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt Merlot, Pinot Blanc, Rotgipfler and Riesling are exclusively vinified as quality wines. This is only possible by reducing the harvest and taking great care in the cellar. We combine our fine wines with traditional Austrian specialties and seasonal delicacies in the Buschenschank (typical tavern) about 140 days a year.
