Berndorf's town caterer Christian Floh is the new head of the company canteen and, together with his team, spoils not only BAG employees with his regional and varied menus, but also everyone else. The architecturally magnificent glass pavilion with great facilities also has a wonderful garden and offers space for around 100 people. This perfect infrastructure with the delicious food on offer is set to become a new meeting place for people.
New freedom of choice in the menu plan
The new weekly menu has been well received. Up to five different healthy menus are on the menu every day - with both traditional and vegetarian dishes. This means that it no longer depends on the day of the week whether fish, vegetables or meat is on the plate - it's up to the palate, says the landlord, who wants to use the menu to communicate the philosophy of sustainable freedom of choice and regionality to the guests. Schnitzel is available as a supplement - these are prepared à la minute in the "canteen".
There is also a Tuesday special, sweet Wednesday and fish Thursday.
