You can reach the apartment on the 1st floor by elevator - after you have safely left your car in the private parking space in the inner courtyard.

The garconiere is flooded with natural light through a glass door to the balcony and an east-facing window front. The balcony has a table with seating for 4. All windows and the glass door are equipped with electric shutters.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove / ceramic hobs and extractor hood, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, you will find everything you need for cooking and eating.

For a good night's sleep, the apartment has a double bed measuring 200 x 180 cm with extra comfort. Bed linen, table and hand and shower towels can be found in the 8 m2 bathroom with 2 washbasins, 1 shower 90 x 120 cm and WC. The living room is equipped with a TV that receives satellite TV. A desk with writing utensils, 1 chest of drawers and 2 display cabinets are provided for a comfortable stay. The apartment has underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth in the cold season.
