Our responsibility is to ensure that healthy soil is also available for our descendants in the future! The basis of all wine flavor is the terroir, which means the interplay of soil and climate. The Thermenregion Vienna Woods wine region, especially Tattendorf with its almost 2,000 hours of sunshine per year, is one of the driest regions in Austria. This ensures that the grapes ripen optimally and gelcihmäßigen degree and the formation of varietal aromas. The soils in Tattendorf in particular are geologically extremely attractive and especially for Burgundy varieties. These conditions therefore offer ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality vines. In the vineyard, careful care and manual selection of the grapes produce physiologically optimally ripened grapes. The quality of the wine is already created in the vineyard.
