Our gingerbread factory has been located in Mödling since 1807. Since then, we have been lovingly handcrafting our gingerbread according to family recipes handed down to us.

Our assortment comprises more than 48 different types of gingerbread and ranges from classic honey gingerbread with candied fruit, nuts and chocolate to filled gingerbread specialties with various marzipan compositions or fruity fillings.

During Advent, we expand our range with Santa Clauses, Krampus, angels and stars, followed by lucky fish and lucky charms for the New Year.

With a great deal of passion and love for craftsmanship, we continue an old tradition to this day - many a piece of furniture in our store bears witness to days long gone. We invite you to let yourself be seduced by the scent of gingerbread and make your selection piece by piece.
