"Our aim at our organic farm in Kaumberg is to do what we do with heart and soul and what we enjoy doing every day. We see our surrounding meadows and forests as our greatest resource".

We offer fresh organic meat several times a year: Chicken in spring, summer and fall, turkey in summer and whole before Christmas as a festive roast, geese for Martini, pork, beef and veal from spring and fall. We also offer our cured salt-free sausages and bacon on the sales dates. Available all year round in our farm store are bacon, lard, ostrich egg products such as pasta and egg liqueur, our savory spruce products as well as ostrich egg cakes.

Our ostriches, chickens, turkeys, geese, cattle and pigs live in small groups and enjoy fresh grass in the meadows and the best organic feed. We source the raw materials that we cannot produce ourselves from regional partner companies. This is how we achieve the highest product quality.
