Description
Camping Paradise Garden, nestled in an inviting side valley in the Lower Austrian municipality of Kaumberg, offers an oasis of peace away from the noise of the city.
Just 30 km from the cultural city of Vienna, this campsite is the ideal starting point for visits to Vienna. Surrounded by lush green meadow slopes and mountain heights that awaken in the gentle morning light, the site offers an idyllic backdrop.
The adjacent sheep farm and the beautiful surroundings offer numerous opportunities for walks. The local community of Kaumberg offers 52 km of hiking trails and the newly built cycle path leads through the Triesting and Gölsental valleys from Leobersdorf to St. Pölten. Numerous castles, fortresses and monasteries can be visited around the campsite.
To the north is the Vienna Woods, a "Biosphere Park" and "Natura 2000" area with unique oak and beech forests. To the south are the Alps with the Schneeberg and the Rax, which offer a magnificent view deep into the Hungarian Pusta.
To the east is the thermal region with its many historic thermal baths and world-famous wine villages. The campsite has been awarded the EU-ECO-LABEL and offers numerous hiking trails in protected areas as well as access to the Danube cycle path.
