The menu includes down-to-earth, home-made dishes - from horseradish meat to goulash, soups and pastries - and in winter there is mulled wine to warm you up. There's no luxury, but on busy days (weekends!) there's a lot of hustle and bustle in front of and inside the hut. The Waldrast Krauste Linde is child-friendly with children's meals and donkeys. You can also watch animals such as goats and chickens.
There are rooms for all kinds of celebrations. The hall for events can accommodate up to 100 people and the extra room for about 30. In the garden there is room for another 100 people.
