Weinbau - Heuriger Familie Zigeuner

Description

The Zigeuner family's wine tavern is located in the black pine area of the Triestingtal valley. The location makes it possible to produce specialties such as Wipferl schnapps or smoked meat, which is smoked with pine shavings from the farm's own forest. The pigs for meat production are fed with the farm's own grain, kept on straw and slaughtered directly on the farm with minimal stress. They are then professionally processed. All the ingredients for the farm's own pine schnapps are collected from the forest in spring.

The wine tavern on the farm is held six times a year, where guests can sample homemade delicacies and the farm's own wines. The guest rooms offer plenty of space, and in summer the courtyard is also open to guests. The Zigeuner family's products are also available to order from the farm and at the Berndorf town market. Early booking of the smoked smoked meat for Christmas and Easter is recommended.
