Description

The quality of our wines is an interplay of plant, nature and time. Wines full of life can only be produced on living soil. For this reason, we converted our 10 hectares of vineyards and 2 hectares of orchards to organic farming two years ago. Only hand-picked grapes ensure the dense character and full body of our wines.

Production is based on a mix of traditional and modern methods, whereby creativity and experimentation are not neglected, as can easily be seen with orange wine, verjus, apricot syrup and apple frizzante.

We attach great importance to Austrian and regional suppliers for our wine tavern . Depending on the season, our buffet offers lamb from Leitabauer, fish from Gut Dornau, game specialties from Wiesmayer Wild in Hennersdorf and pumpkin seed oil from the Pillitsch family in Achau, to name but a few.
