We all grew up with viticulture in Pfaffstätten and the Weinviertel. We cultivate our vineyards in the Gfangl vineyard in Pfaffstätten as a sideline. Our products are classic white wines: a mixed set with the main varieties Neuburger, Pinot Blanc and Frühroter Veltliner, as well as a Zierfandler. We also produce grape juice and juice from old apple and pear varieties from our garden. What we don't use ends up in the compost heap, which makes our bantams happy.
