Description
Our family has been cultivating its own vineyards in Pfaffstätten, mainly the Sonnberg vineyard, since 1820. Our 9 hectares of vineyards lie on the slopes of the Pfaffstättner Kogel on the Thermenlinie. On these south-facing slopes, the grapes ripen to a special quality and the loving care guarantees the best grapes in the fall, which are harvested by hand.
The Cider is pressed in our own wine cellar and the fine wine is matured in oak barrels to achieve a special fullness and richness. The quality is preserved for an exceptionally long time thanks to the great care taken when bottling. Böck wines are the result of many years of intensive search for a quality that meets the highest demands. Our wines are single-varietal and can be tasted during a visit to our wine cellar. We organize celebrations, social events etc. according to your personal wishes. Guided tours of the cellar with wine tasting by appointment.
