TheWertek family has been running their winery in Bad Vöslau for several generations.
The Schlossberg wine tavern was reopened in 2009 and impresses not only with its size, but above all with its high quality. Despite the size of the Schlossberg wine tavern, the focus is on cosiness and well-being. Many small rooms and secluded niches invite you to linger, as does the modern lounge with adjoining children's playroom. 60 weddings a year, countless birthday parties and Christmas celebrations bring a lot of life into the business. The rustic vaulted cellar is just as inviting as the modern panorama room and the ballroom on the upper floor or the winter garden on the first floor.
In summer, the guest garden in the middle of the vineyards is a nice alternative to the wine tavern.
Immediately after its opening, the Schlossberg wine tavern was included in the small and coveted circle of "Top Heurigen". A wide range of dishes and many pastry specialties complement the large selection of quality wines.
