The Pferschy-Seper winery and wine tavern in Mödling have been family-owned for over 305 years and stand for tradition and consistency. The vineyard, the "outdoor workshop" and the careful processing of the organic grapes are an expression of the Pferschy-Seper family's high quality standards. As pioneers of organic viticulture in the Thermenregion, they have been working in harmony with nature for 30 years.
